Layered Smoothie Pops

INGREDIENTS

P.B. Dough Smoothie Layer:
Banana Smoothie Layer:
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yoghurt
Strawberry Smoothie Layer:
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yoghurt

Prep Time: 15 min

Total Time: 4 hours 45 min

  1. Blend the Moo-phoria P.B. Dough light ice cream and milk in a blender until smooth.

  2. Pour 3/4 into each of six popsicle molds (drink the rest!). Freeze the molds for 15 minutes.

  3. Blend the banana and yoghurt in a blender until smooth and pour on top of the P.B. Dough smoothie layer, dividing evenly. Freeze for 15 minutes.

  4. Blend the strawberries and yoghurt in a blender until smooth and pour on top of the banana smoothie layer, dividing evenly. Place tops on the molds, insert the sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

  5. Remove popsicles from the molds and serve immediately.

  6. Enjoy!
