Gingerbread Ice Cream Sandwiches
With Christmas just around the corner, we thought it would be a great time to share one of our special festive recipes with you!
Gingerbread Ice Cream Sandwiches
What you'll need:
- A packet of ginger bread men
- A gingerbread man cutter
- A pint of your favourite Ben & Jerry’s flavour (we recommend our flavourite Half Baked)
- A sharp knife
- Icing to decorate
The rest is quite simple really. All you need to do is place two ginger bread men on a plate, bottom side up.
Turn your pint of ice cream on its side, hold firmly and slice a chunk as thin or as thick as you like.
Then use your cutter to create the ginger bread ice cream shape and put your second ginger bread man on top.
Finally, decorate your gingerbread ice cream sandwich with icing and voilà!
